Amanda Harris
Over a career spanning more than 30 years, Amanda Harris has developed deep experience in the IT industry, particularly in sales and IT asset recovery at Hamilton Rentals.
Since joining Centerprise International in 2016, she has led our IT Asset Recovery Services, drawing on 14 years of experience within the ADISA ITAD Certification framework.
Alongside her leadership of CiLifecycle, Amanda also oversees Centerprise International’s Support Operations, helping to ensure services are delivered consistently and effectively across the business.

Nicola Milsom-James
Nicola Milsom-James brings 24 years of experience in IT asset disposition, with a background spanning operations, compliance, service development and sales.
Before moving into ITAD, she worked across finance, banking and precision electronic engineering, with specialist knowledge in metallurgy and high precision alloys and components used in the medical and electronics industries.
At CiLifecycle, Nicola plays a key role in strengthening our asset management services, bringing together deep industry knowledge, operational understanding and a strong focus on compliance and service quality.
Outside of work, Nicola enjoys reading, travelling and following sport, especially rugby, cricket and darts.

Asset Management
John Nash
John Nash has 15 years of experience in the IT Asset Disposition and circular economy space, with a strong passion for sustainability and helping organisations manage technology more responsibly.
As Account Manager at CiLifecycle, John works with customers to improve transparency across the IT asset lifecycle, from procurement and use through to reuse, refurbishment and responsible recycling.
He enjoys partnering with organisations to unlock greater value from their technology while reducing environmental impact and supporting more circular, sustainable IT practices.
Outside of work, John is a keen guitarist and a devoted Arsenal F.C. supporter.

Tina Shinton
Tina Shinton brings more than 14 years of experience in the ITAD sector and 20 years in account management, helping organisations realise the value of retired IT assets through secure, sustainable and socially responsible solutions aligned with ADISA Standard 8.0.
She is especially passionate about creating social value through IT asset disposal, developing donation-led approaches that balance residual value with the redistribution of devices to support families and communities with limited access to technology.
At CiLifecycle, Tina supports customers with a practical, informed approach to asset management, combining industry knowledge with a strong focus on security, sustainability and positive outcomes.
Outside of work, Tina is a mum of two and runs a small 3D printing business, with all profits going towards sponsoring young darts players and a local darts organisation. She also enjoys CAD design and creating new models.

Dominique Capel
Dominique Capel has more than 10 years of experience in IT asset management, disposal and recovery, and joined CiLifecycle 15 months ago as Asset Operations Manager.
She enjoys the challenge of innovation and development within the industry and values the variety the role gives her across different areas of asset operations.
At CiLifecycle, Dominique supports the delivery of secure, efficient and well-managed asset operations, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and practical service delivery.
Outside of work, Dominique enjoys reading, trying new recipes and messy play with her children.
