The standard behind secure ITAD
CiLifecycle is certified under ADISA’s Asset Recovery Standard 8.0, which is approved by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Central to this standard is the Data Impact Assurance Level (DIAL), a framework that allows organisations to define the level of risk linked to their data. It ensures that disposal processes are proportionate to the sensitivity, volume and potential impact of that data.
By working in line with your defined DIAL level, we help you meet data protection obligations and maintain full compliance with GDPR throughout the disposal process.

We had an existing ITAD provider, however the philanthropic donations provided by Centerprise and their strategic partnerships with charitable organisations, stands them out from the rest and presented a really attractive opportunity to work with them on our additional ITAD requirements.
Just a quick note to say that I am consistently pleased with how Dorota Sadowska is managing the asset retirement process since the introduction of our new leavers process at the start of the year,
including her interactions with our DHG HR colleagues as well as the users both in the UK and EU.
Our fortnightly calls are very productive and have enabled DHG to manage stock returns and collection costs in a far more controlled way.
Further to the meeting we have just had. Dorota (Dotty) has been absolutely excellent throughout. Pushing us when we needed to provide details and flexible regarding dates. It was me who insisted on the line in the sand for obvious reasons but nothing seemed to phase her. Credit where credit is due, Dotty is a real asset to your team and a
big thank you to her on behalf of TBS/HMT.
